In the context of a school expansion in the Montreal area, an engineering firm wanted to ensure, at the plans and specifications stage, that the soil composition was correct before proceeding with the expansion.
The problem: The plans are not up to date and are mostly incomplete.
The solution: With the help of Georadar’s underground detection and our certified technicians, we are able to identify the location of the conduits (water, aqueduct, electricity, etc.) and to give a complete and very precise report to the engineers in order to limit the change orders during the construction.
